AEJMC Convention Job Placement Service

Individuals Wishing to be Part of Placement:
Individuals who are registered for the Boston Placement Service have their information placed in our the convention placement service Web site, where programs seeking candidates may review that information. You in turn will be able to review programs with position openings, and schedule interviews. June 22 update: at this time, we are no longer accepting candidates for Placement. The Placement Web site will go live in early July. All interviews should be scheduled PRIOR to your arrival at the convention hotel.

Schools Wishing to be Part of Placement:
AEJMC is still accepting schools who wish to enter a position in the Boston Placement Service, and interview candidates. Rates for programs using the service at the 2009 convention will be $75 for the first position and $45 for each additional position.
Information from participating programs will be placed on a special AEJMC job placement Web site, where candidates may review your position announcement. Programs in turn will be able to review candidates' curriculum vitas, and schedule interviews. In addition, AEJMC will provide each program with access to a private interview room for a three-hour interval, complimentary wi-fi access in the AEJMC Placement Hub, and host an informal gathering of program representatives and candidates on Tuesday evening (pre-convention). The Placement website will go live in early July.
All interviews should be scheduled PRIOR to your arrival at the convention hotel. No additional candidates or programs will be accepted on-site. Once a program signs up for the AEJMC Placement Service, more details will be provided.
