Executive Committee Nominations Open – AEJMC Advertising Division
The AEJMC Advertising Division invites nominations, including self-nominations, for two Executive Committee (EC) positions. Each newly elected EC member will assume one of the following roles: Special Topics Chair, Graduate Student Chair, Teaching and Pedagogy Chair, PF&R Chair, Communications Chair, or Secretary. Specific roles will be determined collectively by the EC team after the election.
Nominees must be: (1) an ADVD member, (2) a full-time faculty member, and (3) supportive of the mission of ADVD.
Required nomination materials include:
· A nomination letter or self-nomination letter that includes a brief statement of interest, justification for why the nominee would be a suitable candidate, and a description of the nominee’s previous involvement with ADVD. The letter should be no more than two pages.
· A short bio of the nominee, no more than 200 words, along with a profile picture.

Graduate Student Representative Applications Now Open
The AEJMC Advertising Division invites applications for a Student Representative position. The Student Representative will serve a two-year term and work with the Executive Committee (EC) team to support the division’s activities.
Applicants must be (1) doctoral students and (2) current ADVD members who support the mission of ADVD. The main responsibilities of the Student Representative include providing feedback and suggestions to the EC team from students’ perspectives and assisting division communication efforts.
Required application materials include:
· A one-page statement of interest that includes a brief description of the applicant’s interest in the position, relevant experience, and ideas for supporting student engagement within ADVD.
· A current CV.
