Job Interviews to be held at AEJMC’s 2025 San Francisco Conference
Job Hub will be available for attendees at the AEJMC Conference in San Francisco, August 7-10, 2025. The service provides the opportunity for employers and prospective candidates to connect and interview during the conference.

Job Hub provides schools/employers with a private listing of qualified candidates seeking employment opportunities in journalism and mass communication education. Candidates may also review position openings for participating employers. Employers should prearrange interviews with registered candidates during the week of the conference. Interview times may happen anytime during the conference in safe locations that both the candidate and employer agree upon. As a courtesy to participating employers, a limited number of interview rooms at the conference hotel will be available for short time blocks during the conference. Additional information, including time blocks and room names will be emailed to participating employers.
Employers FAQ:

- Rates for programs using the service during the conference will be $200 for first position and $125 for each additional position.
- Ads should be prepaid with a valid credit card ad in the ad portal after uploading all your materials.
- Position openings for Job Hub participation should be submitted between June 1 and July 15.
- A secure link to upload and prepay job ads will be available on this page of the conference website beginning June 1.
- Job ads should be uploaded in Word files. Also submit department's website URL, Twitter info, and school/department logos in jpg or png files.
- After the ad is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used in the portal with instructions for viewing all the participating Job Hub candidate's resumes. Please use this confirmation as proof of payment.
- The interview room block schedule will be emailed to employers after July 17.
- Employers should email Job Hub questions to AEJMC — type “AEJMC Job Hub 2025 Employers” in the subject line of your email.
