The Social Event Committee is responsible for the following:
● CONVENTION– Organize and coordinate the PRD off-site social at a site in proximity to the convention hotel. Solicit financial sponsorships and request reservations to anticipate crowd size. Coordinate with the communication manager regarding promotional posts for sponsors.
