The fellowship supports participants in preparing for tenure, navigating burnout and career stagnation, and enhancing skills and confidence in three core areas: Teaching Pedagogy, Research and Scholarly Productivity, and Professional Freedom & Responsibility (PF&R) Service Contributions.
