Announcing Multiple Faculty Positions at all ranks in the Communication Program in the School of Science and Technology at Nazarbayev University (Astana, Kazakhstan), to join NU’s accomplished international faculty, a cohort of educators and researchers who have come together to lead the newest English-language research and teaching institution in Eurasia.

Applicants should have:

1. Ph.D. in Communication, Media Studies, or a closely related field. Candidates with qualified professional credentials are also encouraged to apply at the Lecturer level.
2. Experience teaching communication, media, journalism, and/or writing to a diverse cultural audience
3. Teaching and/or Research interest in Science Communication, Technical Communication, Media Studies, Health Communication, or Organizational Communication is preferred.

Responsibilities include (but will not be limited to): teaching classes; curriculum, program and course development; and conducting research, an important criterion for selection in all disciplines.
