The New Orleans Marriott is the official hotel of the AEJMC 2026 Conference. We strongly encourage attendees to book rooms as quickly as possible under the AEJMC room block. Not only will you be close to conference activities and other attendees, but you will also help AEJMC to meet its contracted commitments, helping to keep overall conference costs low for the association and its members. AEJMC's official hotel accommodations are only available through the information provided on our website. We do not work with any third-party housing companies and will never reach out to you via phone or email to make hotel reservations.

* Student Reservation Information
AEJMC student members as of (May 19, 2026) were emailed student hotel rate reservation information. There are limited rooms available in the student block. They are open on a first-come, first-booked basis and will not accommodate all student members. While the student block may become sold out on certain nights, discounted student rates may still be available for other dates. When students make reservations after portions of the student block have filled, the reservation system is designed to automatically apply the discounted student rate for available nights and the standard conference rate for any remaining nights. This should provide a smoother reservation experience and help avoid the need to create multiple reservations. When the student block is completely full, please book rooms using the standard AEJMC rate.
