Meetings affiliated with the AEJMC Conference are subject to our approval. If you are an outside party (affiliated association member, university, or corporate partner), Partner Sessions are a great option for planning a committee meeting, business meeting, breakfast, luncheon, workshop, or social event at the AEJMC Conference. Rooms are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hotel staff will assist you once given the all-clear from the AEJMC event coordinator.
