Onsite Badge Reprint Changes

Please review your name, affiliation, and registration details before the conference, as accurate badge information helps speed onsite check-in, reduce printing waste, and improve service for more than 2,000 attendees. Because AEJMC welcomes participants from around the world, we ask that all badge information be submitted in English to ensure consistent printing. Please enter your Given Name (personal name) in the "First Name" field, your Family Name (surname) in the "Last Name" field, and your university or organizational affiliation in English. We appreciate the extra effort this may require for our international members and are happy to assist if needed. Please note that badge reprints requested onsite for any reason will incur a $10 fee to encourage advance review and support sustainability efforts, and badges may only be picked up by the registered attendee.
